銅/Copper

酸化しやすい金属です。酸や塩分を含む食品を載せると激しく変色し、その際に金属臭がすることがあります。気になる方は水や茶、渇いたものへのご使用をお勧めします。

This is a metal that oxidizes easily. It can discolor significantly when in contact with foods containing acids or salt, and may emit a metallic odor during this reaction. If this concerns you, we recommend using it with water, tea, or dry items.

 

真鍮/Brass

変色が美しい金属です。ご使用に伴い起こる経年変化をお楽しみください。食品が付着したまま放置すると変色が激しく起きたり緑青が発生することがございます。ご使用後は食器用洗剤とスポンジで洗い乾かしてください。変色が気になる場合は、お酢を説いたお湯に数分つけて、その後重曹で強くこすり洗いしてください。

This is a metal that develops a beautiful patina over time. Please enjoy the natural aging that occurs with use. Leaving food residues on the surface may cause significant discoloration or the formation of verdigris (green patina). After use, wash with dish soap and a sponge, then dry thoroughly. If the discoloration is a concern, soak the item in warm water mixed with vinegar for a few minutes, then scrub it firmly with baking soda.
