○お湯の温度 temperature of hot water 100℃
○茶葉とお湯の比率 ratio of leaf and water 1:15
○淹れ時間 brewing time 最初の7煎は3-5秒、その後必要に応じて3秒単位で延長 3-5 seconds for the first 7 infusions and extend 3 seconds each infusion if necessary
○何煎目まで飲める infusions to brew 30
