Shipping
Shipping cost are different by the country or region you are staying in. The system charges the basic shipping cost , which is usually the final cost. However, If the package is obviously heavy, extra shipping cost may be required. You can contact us by contact form and we will notice you the shipping cost manually.
*For customers from Mainland China, we cannot deliver parcel over 1,000 RMB if it contains more than one item.
Please use transfer service in Japan so we can send your parcel to domestics address in Japan.

Returns
Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If the shipping damage happens, please DO NOT SIGN and contact us as soon as possible. Except shipping damage or the wrong items, we do not accept any returns once the package has been shipped.
